Review Process
he Proceedings of the Faculty of Economics in Brčko is a peer-reviewed academic journal. All articles are subject to a double-blind review process conducted by reviewers from relevant scientific fields of economics and business. After receiving the manuscript, taking into account its topic, subject, and area of research, the Editorial Board appoints at least two reviewers. Both the author(s) and the reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process. Additionally, the reviewers of a given paper do not know each other's identity.
It is common practice to require at least two qualified reviews before the Editorial Board decides to accept, reject, or request revisions and resubmission of the paper for further review.
Any chosen reviewer who feels unqualified to conduct the review or knows that they will be unable to provide the review within a reasonable timeframe should immediately notify the Editorial Board.
Each reviewer receives an anonymous, coded manuscript and a review form directly from the Editorial Board. The review form allows the reviewer to evaluate the paper and suggest its category (type). Papers are categorized as original scientific articles, review articles, preliminary communications, conference presentations, and professional articles. Detailed instructions and review forms are provided to reviewers in direct communication with the Editorial Board.
The author of the manuscript will be notified about the possibility of publication as soon as the review process is completed.
