Authors retain copyright over the articles published in the Journal of the Faculty of Economics Brčko, while granting the publisher, the Faculty of Economics Brčko, a non-exclusive right to publish the manuscript, to be recognized as the first publisher in case of further use of the article, and to distribute the article in all forms and media. The article will be distributed under the international Creative Commons license: CC BY-NC 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial).

Authors may enter into separate contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of a work published in the Journal of the Faculty of Economics Brčko (e.g., deposit in an institutional repository or inclusion in a book), provided that it is stated that the work was originally published in this journal.
