Editorial presentation
The journal Proceedings of the Faculty of Economics Brčko is an international, peer-reviewed research-oriented journal published by the Faculty of Economics Brčko, University of East Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It has been published as a printed publication since 2015, and as an electronic publication since 2016. It publishes the results of theoretical, methodological and applicatively valid research in relevant areas of economics and business. It is intended for the academic public, researchers, consultants and decision-makers in the areas of economic theory and policy, international economics, green economy and sustainable development, monetary economics, public finance, financial markets, management, marketing, entrepreneurship, accounting, business finance, statistical, econometric and operational research, management information systems and other related areas that enable multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research.
The journal publishes original, previously unpublished contributions: original scientific papers, review papers, preliminary communication, presentations from scientific conferences and professional papers. All submitted contributions are subject to a double anonymous peer review process. The journal does not charge authors any fees for submission, review, processing and publication of papers. Scientific papers for the journal are submitted in English and in one of the three official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If a scientific paper is submitted in one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an abstract in English must be submitted.
The journal is published once a year, in print (ISSN 2303-8861) and electronic form (ISSN 2490-2373).
Printed editions of the journal volumes are stored in the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in the Library of the Faculty of Economics Brčko, University of East Sarajevo.
The Proceedings of the Faculty of Economics Brčko provides Open Access to the full text of all published contributions. It is included in the international cross-referencing system (Crossref Report). Each article accepted for publication is assigned a unique numerical identifier (Digital Object Identifier, DOI) that allows authors to track the number of views of their published contribution.

The Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of the Republic of Srpska co-finances the publication of the journal and conducts its annual evaluation according to the Rulebook for Publication of Scientific Publications in the Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina (''Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska'', No. 77/17).
